What this site collects
When you visit, Google Analytics records which pages were viewed, roughly where the visit came from and whether a phone number on the page was tapped. Google Ads records whether a visit arrived from one of our ads and, if you tap our phone number, that the number was tapped. Both use cookies set by Google. Neither tells us who you are.
Advertising
We advertise on Google. Google may use the cookie it set during your visit to show you our ad later on other sites, which Google calls remarketing. You can turn this off in your Google ad settings at adssettings.google.com, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
The contact form
The form on our contact page is provided by Housecall Pro, the software our office runs on. What you enter there (your name, phone number, email and address, the work you need, details about your house, and any photos or documents you upload) goes to Housecall Pro and into our customer records so that we can call you back. Housecall Pro's own privacy policy applies to their service. Their form may set its own cookies, from Stripe, their payments provider, and from their analytics providers, and it uses Google reCAPTCHA to block automated submissions. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
Text messages
If you contact us through the form, our office system may send you a short automatic text to confirm it arrived. If you tick the consent box on the form, we may also send you marketing texts. Reply STOP to any text from us and you will get no more.
Your choices
You can use this site with cookies blocked; the pages and the phone number still work. The contact form is Housecall Pro's and may need cookies to submit. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email us.
